Switch Top Stories from 1002 to 1001 #143

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load top stories

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The stories should match the stories here: http://www.npr.org/sections/news/

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Replace the ID of 1002 to 1001 in the API call and this should rectify the 
issue.

Needs to use '&sort=assigned' parameter.

Only appears to loose that parameter when reloading from the menu nav.
