unable to connect to forum #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From admin panel when you click on forum
2. From teacher panel
3. and also from parent panel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
DB Error: not found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Do you need to install a 3rd party forum like phpbb?
