Re-ordering of columns of datagrids #18

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using home tab or events/assignments

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Datagrids that can be sorted manually seem to be able to have the columns 
re-arranged via drag-and-drop.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This is normal as the user can change it if they choose. This can be changed if 
it is so wished.

Ok, however if this is implemented as functionality, the positions should 
probably be saved. At the moment, the order of columns reverts to default on 
launch. Just a suggestion :)
