It would be just wonderful having some annotation features (highlighting, 
underlining). There are a few Android PDF readers doing this, but there's 
nothing for DJVU, sadly.

yeah, marking up PDF content with highlight, underline, and strikethrough 
annotation tools, as well as a freehand drawing tool.
