Version 0.0 simulate single slip plane force peach koehler #28
The Peach-Koehler force calculation has been cleaned up. It is now carried out entirely in the dislocation's local co-ordinate system, and later rotated to the base system (slip plane). See Issue 26.
There were certain errors in the way the CoordinateSystem::rotationMatrix was calculated. These have been rectified.
The calculation of the stress experienced by a dislocation now takes into account the contributions from all defects, and not just other dislocations. See Issue 27.
Static functions have been introduced into the classes Vector3d and Matrix33 in order to create often-used quantities like zero vectors and matrices, unit matrices etc.
