first time consumers see welcome prompt

As a new user, I can see help messaging so that I can send my first kudo and learn how to use the system.

Returning visitors would see

As a returning employee, I can quickly create write a kudos so that I remember who I want to send it to, and why I want to send it.

Questions

• [ ] Should a returning employee always see the above screen? Alternatives would be:
  • Show it once, then show "Give Kudos" prompt
  • continue to show it until employee closes the form, then show "Give Kudos" prompt.

I definitely don't think it should always be like this. I think I like "continue to show it until employee closes the form, then show "Give Kudos" prompt."

Responsive web apps...probably can't do a 3D touch option on ios for opening directly to this screen...

Mobile will just be a modified version of the returning visitors screen:
