As an admin, I want to sort columns alphabetically on the employee list page so that it will be easier providing badges, lanyards, and certificates.

[ ] validate that an admin can sort alphabetically on the following columns in ascending and descending order
- last name
- first name
- middle initial
- active

This is for the /admin/user page, not the points page, as I understand it.
