Update and revamp the navigation sidebar #5

Make it a hamburger menu and it expands to reveal the nav menu.

Added functionality via commit https://github.com/adi-kiran/career-flow/commit/b818303c2722ad30fd7025c7c5286d1bb60b8dee. New UI looks like this : image image

Also looked around theming and changed it to red from the standard mui blue. We can decide on the final theming and coloring and update it.

Looks very professional. I like the red theme too
