When I sent the link of my application to Facebook messenger or instagram and then opens the link in the inapp browser/webview and tries to login with Facebook then after inputting email and password to Facebook it goes to a page where it show my app logo and profile picture and under it, it says Please close this tab.

No idea, sounds like a behavior introduced by Facebook.
