131 refactor rendering #135

As far as I see, projectiles collide immediately with their shooting weapon wagon. I could not find any link between this and the refactoring in this branch. Please give special attention to this point when reviewing.

builds but i didnt review the code it is slightly annoying that the game writes "Geometry to render does not exist!" VERY often

No "Geometry to render does not exist!" debug messages any more :)
