Terrain and everything using the base shader (eg. Train) is wrapped in fog, which density intensifies by greater distance.

Adds mist calculation in fragment shaders (of Terrain and base shader)
The architekture for a snow effect is also present, but the tests weren't very nice so far, so the shaders don't change anything in the end

I merged master into this since it couldnt be automerged and some features dont work yet (shots are invisible?)
