image placed with "Place Image" should be move able and resizable

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit a PDF
2. try to place a large image on a line in the PDF
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should allow you to reposition and resize the image after placing it,
or you should be able to define a box inside which the image would be
scaled to fit.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 0.0.6 on Mac OS 10.5.8 
Please provide any additional information below.

I'm trying to add an image to a PDF without lowering the pdf quality by
exporting the whole thing as an image.

This should already work. Once you place the image with File->Place Image, 
select the arrow tool. You should 
then be able to move and resize the placed image.

Please re-open this issue if you are still seeing an error.
