Due to http://www.last.fm/announcements/radio2013 this request is likely a lot 
less relevant unless you happen to live in a country that is still supported.

I for one no longer have any need for this enhancement given that development, 
but I guess it doesn't hurt to leave the bug around for those who could still 
use it if implemented.
