Replacement CODE for Optical Flow Sensor. #579

Seeing that NOBODY has any stock of the Optical Flow Sensor Board and I am 
given to understand that there will never be any produced in the near future 
can the integration of the PX4-FLOW Optical Flow Camera Board into the APM2.5 
Range of Software be given a HIGH PRIORITY.
