Handle courses with different content in subsections #52

i.e. gym classes are all PHED1002 with title "PHYSICAL EDUCATION ACTIVITIES" but subtitle "PHYSICAL ED: SKIING/SNOWBOARD"

this really messes with our course/section model unfortunately

This is a data issue. See adicu/data.adicu.com#49. Removing from milestone.
