The paper details how this library implements the AuthorRank algorithm introduced by Liu at. al. in 2005 and some notions as to how it could be used in a variety of contexts. This is marked as a work-in-progress ([WIP]) - if there are any modifications you wish to make, material we think we should add, other items to consider, let's commit them to this specific pull request before merging them into the master branch.
