These changes are totally untested The default behaviour is to scan for mounted devices as before.

Testing: I have now tested the patch. The device discovery works as aspected.

Motivation: I build this patch because I have udev sync the content of my Forerunner 210 to my home directory. During this process the device is mounted and I don't want GarminPlugin to find it. The plugin shall only use the files in my home directory.
