The overall budgets and expenditures for the various clusters should entail the allocated budgets and expenditures for the various projects allocated for the particular year we are looking at, e.g. 2014, currently the expenditures are reflecting much higher amounts than has been expended in the current financial year

example - look at the dashboard for dsd. The budget is 61M but the expenses are R167M

If the correct amounts do not display yet clear browser cache and test again.
