Project stage not showing #113

The project stage where projects are in implementation is not showing on:

  1. Project stage indicator
  2. Overall progress indicator

I notice the issue seems to be that the system is only reading values entered for 2013 and not 2014, the issue to hide the 2013 text box may help?
