Projects not showing project stage #92

Most projects when you capture them are not showing the project stage arrow as regards the stage they are in e.g. the link below, where the project should be reflected as completed http://pmis.burgercom.co.za/reports/project/60310b0c-9d21-4fc4-b105-6b212f238d60/latest/

The arrow indicates the progress in that stage. We only have progress information for the implementation stage, so the arrow will only appear on that stage. All completed stages will turn green to indicate this, the current stage will be yellow and all future stages will be red. Please open an issue describing how this should change if it is not correct the way it is.
