Erased Wildcard Entries Still Appearing #632

Good day, this extension is epic. However, when I remove an item from a wildcard it still appears in later generations. I check the the text files and the item has been deleted. Its like there is some type of cache, how can I fix this?

This was my issue with confusing my tags. Closing.
