Add option to switch off the default mixed-indent/expandtab/trailing whitespace warning

I wonder if this is too annoying for some? Couple of options I could provide here:

• Turn it off completely
• Turn it off per-buffer using a b: variable
• Both of the above
• Remove the diagnostic completely and add an example in the helpfile instead
