Autotools #2

I made your program use autotools. Here is the result. Please review the changes and merge if you think it is worth it.

Worth noticing in this is that I am the current copyright holder of the build system. I am definitely willing to hand it over to you if you wish so. Of course I'm also willing to share copyright holding if you find that even better.
