README.md and autogen.sh #4

Well I'm not very used to git so this was messy. 11 commits and two lines added. :/

autogen.sh and README.md should be in EXTRA_DIST (or they won't be shipped with make dist). That is basically what it was all about. The rest is fumbling with renaming commits and rebasing...

If you think it is way to messy I can redo this one by removing my fork and then re-forking so that the pull request will be clean again. :)

I've cherry-picked the commit and applied it to master. I hope I did not miss anything.

To get rid of your "mess", you might want to git pull --force git://github.com/adiknoth/4deckradio and later git push --force to your repo. Or simply re-create yours, as you already said. ;)
