The application freezes completely when stopping a webstream. Starting an .m3u file with a link to a stream works beautifully, but stopping causes a total freeze. My uneducated guess is that this might have something to do with the code that resets the file pointer to 0 while stopping.

This was tested with the webstream http://live.radiocapelle.nl:8000/, by the way, but I presume it happens with all streams.
