Files should be moved to the Trash or there should be an option to delete permanently #23

When deleting files it's not clear whether the operation will be permanent or undoable. I think the UI should make it clearer that the files are deleted permanently, e.g. there should be a confirmation dialog.

Personally I'd like to move them to the trash first to be able to undo the deletion later in case I deleted the wrong folder/filter.

Cross-platform moving to the recycling bin or trash is tricky, but I agree that moving to the users' trash should be the default rather than permanently deleting from disk.
