Changing Frame Rate #21

When I change frame rate from 5 to 25, doesn't stream.. It's a Logitech c922 webcam, so it should be OK.... the command doesn't update, is it meant to ?

got the same problem, i got a Logitech c270, it just keeps on buffering.

Same here. 5fps works fine but Youtube complains about bad quality. Anything higher would cause the stream to be offline.
