Failed to load main class

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Download current version
2. Extract zip to a folder
3. Run the executable jar file

Instead of running an error popup is displayed which reads...
"Failed to load main class..."

***Celine-scorm version 10/9/11 ran on Windows 7

Other notes:
For help with installation on the web, it is recommended to see 
http://sites.google.com/site/adilsonv77/dissertacao.pdf however this 167 page 
document is in Spanish and cannot be translated by Google. An English version 
would be nice, or simple instructions for installing this app so that it runs 
from a web page.

Similar on a mac.
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: celine/jar

Sorry for the hyper late answer: I started to write the wiki pages for the 
documentation of CELINE. Then there is a page that explains how install and 
prepare the application.
