Quantile summary needs to adjust to step-scale ticks #153

The positions of the quantile positions need to align with the step scale. Currently, the ticks are not perfectly aligned - they appear at the beginning of the histogram bin, not the middle. They should appear right below the ticks / numbers.

Fixed in an update in the recent month or so.
