Support selections on scatter plot axis directly #169

Currently, scatterplot supports filtering on two axis.

Each axis can also be individually used to filter / adjust filter / select records.

This is currently possible on interval summaries, so it would just make that option available on scatterplot display. It needs to have a consistent look & feel with the interval summary (histogram) selections.
