Hello,

Very extraordinary request: Is this tool able to simulate Samples for > 8 million variants? Currently my R session crashes, when I'm trying to read in the vcf file .

Best, Thomas

Hi Thomas,

this is not currently possible with sim1000G, although we might extend our software in the future, it is unlikely to be able to simulate such a number of variants.

Best, Apostolos
