Under users, firstly , must come place, where are shown those devs, who are looking for team.

PS We can use it also under jams, when is team formation part in jam - then can be "teams revealed" part, and forming takes less time. PSS Even before jam - we can let form teams before jams, then it takes less time in jams.

The Users page is for user administration.

But a team-formation page for events does sound reasonable.

Note to make it functional it'll need bunch of things:

  1. Individual registration to an event (this needs some thinking how to handle potential double-registrations) - this probably should include information on what they are looking to do, and grab default info from profile.
  2. Approval of people per event already exists, however this might be annoying for organizers to monitor.
  3. Page to list people looking for a team.
