black screen #58

Put it in developer mode, put it in recovery mode, plug in the USB and you get a black screen. Shimboot's cui is not displayed.

Could you retest on the latest v1.2.1 and send a video of it booting?

If you blindly type a "3" into there and hit enter, does it work?

When I press the key, it stays on a black screen.

Does the unpatched shim boot at all?

If unpatched, it will start.

If you have a mouse on the black screen, press Ctrl alt restart, wait a few seconds then press Ctrl alt brightness up
