Purchases canceled automatically from Google when trying to make purchases #37

From this Monday when I try to do a purchase for an item from our application 
the items are canceled automatically after 1-2 minutes after the purchase. 
I get the response code RESULT_OK to the REQUEST_PURCHASE of the item, but the 
notification IN_APP_NOTIFY does not come anymore , even though I get an email 
with the order receipt from Android Market. After 1-2 minutes I get a 
PURCHASE_STATE_CHANGED notification saying that the purchase was canceled and 
an email that looks like below :

"Your order has been cancelled and you have not been charged. 

Reason: Other (describe below) 

Comments: We could not complete your order in a timely fashion. Please verify 
your payment information in Google Checkout and try again later. "

Until last Monday everything was working perfectly. I could make purchases and 
refunds, and all notifications were coming in time after you fixed

I've checked the credit card that is used for the purchases and everything 
seems fine.

We are experiencing exactly the same issue with our "Jon Lester Hardball Ace" 
product. The in-app transaction goes through and is immediately cancelled. The 
app works fine in test mode.

It is happening with normal purchases and not for in app purchases only, it is 
a general problem. 
I think it has something to do with the user not downloading the app or the CC 
information being false or carrier billing, or Google problem again!

I've had the same problem happen twice in the last 2 days. Didn't happen for 
month before that. Any idea what's going on here?

I have these too. Been having ever since i used the service. It's very annoying.
Aside from that I also have double subscriptions from time to time. Not sure 
how they happen.

We have the same issue in our "Taptu" app. I can see that most users can buy 
the in-app product, but some get automatically cancelled. It also happens for 
two of my accounts (one of them not registered as a test account). This happens 
since yesterday (2012-09-05)

This could be related to the already open issue

In-app billing has suddenly stopped working (Reason: We could not complete your 
order in a timely fashion)

I would think the priority for this should get bumped up a level to High.
