users gridview does not fill the users tab

The photos grid view fits in the photos tab, but the users grid view does not 
fit in the users tab, a great deal of space exists below it (it creates new 
page for other users without using that free space).

user gridview still doesnt fill the users tab. Also fixed number of users in 
gridview page, doesnt fit the different resolutions. another adaptive solution 
may be required.

I tested the appearance in three browsers (IE9, Firefox and Chrome). 
Unfortunately the appearance behaviours are different for each one. When the 
item count per page is set to 10, it is optimal I think, because in this case 
there are no scroll bars for each browser (The list fits in IE9, a small space 
exists for Firefox, a little bit bigger space exits for Chrome). You can check 
the appearances by examining the image files that I uploaded for each browser. 
If you have an idea about coding against browser independence we can discuss 
it, but I think the framework should support it (at least for the future)

Another issue is the resolution differences. I also tested the display against 
different resolutions. In lower resolutions I did not see a scroll bar appears 
in pages, so it means that resolution change does not break that the user list 
fits in the user tab. Of course, when the resolution is decreased under a 
level, some users in the list cannot be seen. But this problem is not related 
with fitting the list into the users tab, the problem here is user tab by 
itself already does not fit into the screen. Therefore I suggest to register 
this problem as a separate individual item, we have to discuss on it...

Hi all,
can you tell me how to configure the traceper in my system. 

I downloaded the signed version of source code for traceper android client and 
web application is in the traceper.zip from google.
I installed the xampp sever...want to know configuration process. can you tell 
me what are the modification i have to do in that project to run. for me this 
critical situation. Any other things i have install.
