Auto navigating to the errors. #11

Errors in the project(compile errors, errors of hxml files) should be shown
in Problems view. Programmer should be able to navigate to the file and
place with the error.

In current version (CTP_08_12_2008) compile errors are shown in Console
view and aren't manageable.
