Make autocompletion list appear with force user command. #6

In current realization auto completion list appears only after typing a
point char. But user should be able to ask for auto completion list in
force mode. For example than he wants to finish started word. In other
words Ctrl+Space short cut should work.

Show content assist tips (Ctrl+Shift+Space shortcut) action has been also 
added. In
current version it should work only after the '(' char.
