Enhancement: Code Snippets

Describe your enhancement:

cfeclipse has a 'Snip Tree View' that allows you to create and use code 
snippets.  A snippet can be inserted in to a file by typing trigger text 
followed by a keyboard shortcut.

This feature will work in Eclihx by setting the 'insert snippet' command 
(Preferences>Keys) to happen when 'editing haXe source' but it would be nice to 
not have to install this additional plugin solely for this feature.

I did a basic functionality. In mailing list we can discuss what else could be 
done in order to make this feature better.
