updating library to work with HowlerJS 2.0 beta (from 1.1.25). #1

This is in order to take advantage of fixes and stability within the HowlerJS 2.0 branch source (found at https://github.com/goldfire/howler.js). This library has been tested in my project and is considered stable (more-so than 1.1.25).

This is my first contribution and pull so please let me know if there is anything I can improve on. Thanks a lot for HowlerJS!

Thanks for the hard work @jonnym1p :+1:

I already started updating last week so I pushed my changes to master now. So can you please try it and let me know if you find any issues.

I have also released it to haxelib.

If you find any issues in master, fork it and raise pull request again pls.
