### Ability to Edit "Run in Run" and Separate System Commands from Command Line Interface #1019

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is no easy way to disable the "Run in Run" from showing in the search. Additionally, system commands like "restart" and "shutdown" are dependent on the command line interface, making it difficult for normal users who don't use the command line but still want to access these functions.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. Make "Run in Run" editable in the command line interfaces settings so it can be restricted to search tags only.
  2. Separate system commands like "restart" and "shutdown" from the command line interface, allowing them to be available even if the command section is set to search tag only.

Describe alternatives you've considered Considered providing a toggle option to hide "Run in Run" from search results, and having a dedicated section for system commands that is always accessible.
