Describe the bug
When using two monitors with different resolutions, if you fullscreen the settings window on one monitor, close it, and then open it on the other monitor (with "Mouse Screen Center" as the window startup position enabled), the settings window retains its size from the previous monitor. This results in the window not fitting the screen and not being fullscreen. The same issue occurs when switching from a smaller to a larger monitor, where the window appears small and not fullscreen.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Fullscreen the settings window on a larger monitor.
Close the settings window.
Open the settings window on a smaller monitor with "Mouse Screen Center" as the startup position.
Observe that the window does not fit the screen and is not fullscreen.
Expected behavior
When the user clicks "fullscreen" and closes the window, it should reopen fullscreen, adjusting to the current screen size.
