The ability to drag the settings window from anywhere is causing more frustration than benefit. Users often accidentally move the settings window, leading to a frustrating experience. Settings windows are typically stable and should not be easily moved.

Remove the ability to drag the settings window from anywhere except the top bar. This will reduce accidental movements and align with user expectations for settings windows.
