Pulling out from discord (https://discord.com/channels/740636963396124714/740636963836788818/1031441825615052831) for the tracking purpose, to see if it's possible to have arm64 native binaries.

The emulation works but decimates the battery. It's fine for an occasional app, but I don't use non-native apps for critical tasks like always-on processes like input intercept.

E.g., I successfully compiled Vim and Kanata for win11/arm64 and use both all the time.
