Add color customization in config #4

Change css from skeleton.css to header.ejs, so that user can customize link color and nanobar color at config.yml, this will lower loading speed very little. Due to a bug filed at https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/84170 this will show plenty of warnings on VS Code.

Hi, big thanks for your PR. This is very good feature to provide easy customization at config.yml. Anyway, I think the last three commits don't belong to this PR aren't they? Can you please checkout/back to the first two commits so I can merge it easily? Thank you.

Oh yes I created pr and commit to my fork later but it automatically reflect on the pr.. Let me create a new one
