Shuffle has been submitted to fdroid on  June 22, 2011.
Source http://f-droid.org/forums/topic/android-shuffle/

Since android-shuffle depends on Flurry, it will not be added at the moment.
So http://code.google.com/p/android-shuffle/issues/detail?id=279 blocks this 
issue.
