Sync disabled but SynchronizationService keeps running in the background #291

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. No sync settings under Shuffle -> Settings. No URL for 'Tracks installation' 
and 'Background synchronization interval' is set to Never.
2. Check Android Settings -> Apps -> Running.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
SynchronizationService should not be running as no sync settings are specified.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Shuffle 2.0.1, Android 4.0.4

Please provide any additional information below.
