Recent Rom gives a wrong filename #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load a game called "0902 - MegaMan & Bass (U)(Venom).gba"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"File->Recent Rom" gives the incorrect filename "0902 - MegaMan  Bass 
(U)(Venom).gba"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
VBA23

PS:Maybe it's easy to fix this. Just change '&' to "&&". Sorry for my poor 
English.

"RAM Watch->File->Recent", too. Fixed in r281.
