Improve Button Interactivity: Add Hover and Active States

Currently, the buttons "Find Scholarships" "Find Jobs" on the landing page of PathSphere are static, and do not have any interactive visual feedback on user interaction. Adding hover and active states will enhance the overall user experience and make the buttons feel more responsive and engaging.

This issue will help improve the visual responsiveness and overall interactivity of the buttons, making them more engaging and user-friendly.
