Fix the sticky section styling

So what are our views on how we want to implement the sticky search bar in different screens?

I have been searching some different sites to get some idea , but i didn't get anything which will fit this issue .

this site : tools.pics ,has same features like kekfinder

this is the way there are dealing with the select feature :-
