Can't seek large mp4 files

I use mongoose 3.1. Compiling using mingw (applied this 
patch:http://oss.netfarm.it/mplayer/misc/mingwrt_file64.diff).
Working on win7 pro x64.
I have problem with streaming large mp4 files. I am playing it through browser 
and whole movie plays ok, but I can't seek through all movie (I can usually 
seek to the half of 4 GB file). When I seek over this value, player freezes. 
Downloading of large files works ok, just seeking crashes. Tested on Desktop 
and Tablet browsers.
